I am honored by couple of responses - one from Bill and Melinda Foundation and other one from Craig from Craigslist. Find below the snapshots of responses from these sources.
Craig's response :
Sachin, thanks! but I just don't have the background to comment, and now have a big customer service backlog... can I take a pass?
thanks!
Craig
One thing I liked about the response is the question above.
Here is response from an associate of Bill and Melinda Foundation :
Dear Sachin, Thank you for contacting the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. We appreciate your interest in our country's education system, and thank you for sharing your idea with the foundation. We know that finding services that are of high quality and affordable to support nonprofit work is challenging. The foundation, however, is not in a position to offer recommendations in this area. I suggest that you visit our Web site at http://www.gatesfoundation.org/ for information on nonprofit resources.
Please accept our best wishes.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Jones

World's First eNGO
With everything moving from physical/mechanical to electronic/electrical, I believe even the NGOs should move to Internet. Though its not that they are not using internet, but they should use ONLY internet. The trend is that of using 'e' for all the phenomena that happen around us. eThis and eThat - these are the words we hear all the time. Soon we will have a eNation(my another concept), where users will be citizens of that nation and it will have its own government and similar other ideas.Coming back to my original title of the post, what I believe is that the time has come to start an eNGO - everything will be over the electronic media. This NGO will not do any face to face talks or meetings. The only source of communication will be email or phone(only if required). In conclusion, the concept is open to public. We are here to educate the mass, so lets CARE > SHARE > EDUCATE.
